The weather is changing, Daylight Savings Time is in effect so there's more light in the evening - all great things and all signs pointing to Spring almost being here. It's not quite here, but there's a certain optimism that sets in when all the signs are pointing in that direction. I don't know about optimism, but I know about weather that is more conducive to being outdoors to take pictures after a long day of work.
